These high performance precision, conductive, ESD safe, PELCO® SV Carbon Fibre Reinforced Tweezers are ideal for forensic, electronic and sample preparation applications where handling of scratch-sensitive material or samples is required. The soft touch surface avoids cutting or damaging hairs, fibres, paper, bullets and rounds. Compatible for clean room applications and suitable for chemical processing. Light weight, strong and sturdy material. Also ideal for magnetic applications, since the material will not be magnetized. The tweezers are made of carbon fibre reinforced PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) and have the following features:

The ESD safe PELCO® Pro carbon fibre soft tip tweezers have scratch proof, polyamide/carbon fibre tips, specially designed to handle sensitive parts. The polyamide 66 is reinforced with 30% carbon fibres. The soft tips exhibit high rigidity, low friction, self lubricating properties and excellent wear and abrasion resistance. The tips have good chemical resistance (oils, grease, fuels, non polar solvents), but are not resistant to strong acid, hot water or steam. Can be operated at temperatures up to 130°C, for short use maximum temperature is 190°C. Typical applications include handling of sensitive components, soft materials, electronic components, micro-mechanical parts, glass, quartz, ceramics and small wafers. The tweezers body is made from non-magnetic stainless steel. Available in 4 styles.
